I.  Summary of the formation and development of the enterprise
 

  • Established in 1957, the predecessor is the X30 workshop under the Department of logistics - general logistics - People's Army of Vietnam. With nearly 200 employees have the task of manufacturing hard hats and rubber slippers for the military, the technology is mainly handcrafted and sold mechanically.
  • In 1961: X30 factory was transferred to the Hanoi Industry Department - People's Committee of Hanoi.
  • In 1967, X30 factory received some other units and renamed to Thuy Khue Rubber Factory.
  • In 1970, merged with Ha Noi cloth shoes factory and had the main functions of manufacturing: hats, footwear and rubber products for army, export to Soviet Union, Eastern European countries. And the domestic market.
  • In 1978, merged with Thuong Dinh Shoes Factory and named Thuong Dinh Shoes Factory.
  • In 1993, officially named Thuong Dinh Shoes Company.
  • In July 2004, Thuong Dinh Shoes Company established Ha Nam Leather Shoes Factory in Dong Van Industrial Zone - Ha Nam.
  • Since August 2005, the company has been transformed into Thuong Dinh One-Member Limited Liability Company, under the People's Committee of Hanoi.
  • In June 2011, the company was transformed into a sole member of the company
  • From 07/2016 up to now, the company has been transformed into Thuong Dinh Shoes Joint Stock Company.
  • At present, the company has nearly 1000 employees and 6 production lines of modern footwear.

  • Products of the company are always voted TOPTEN consumers, continuously recognized as Vietnam high quality goods from 1996 to present (voted by consumers - Sai Gon Marketing organization). Achieve gold and silver medals at domestic and international fairs.
  • Thuong Dinh shoes brand has always been voted as national famous brand in 2006,2007,2008.
  • In 2004, the company won the prize of Bach Thai Buoi portrait, the Hanoi Golden Cup, the typical enterprise.
  • In 2005, the company won the Hanoi Gold Award for sports shoes, 03 gold medals for 3 sports shoes at the Hanoi Gold Fair towards 1,000 years of Hanoi Thang Long.
  • The Thuong Dinh brand was recognized as one of the strongest brands in 2004 by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam.
